1. Peace Lily - Peace lilies can take low light, but they like at least two hours of medium sunlight a day and will share a comfortable room temperature of betwee n 65 - 80 degrees. Peace Lilies generally droop when they are thirsty, which makes for an easy watering signal. As a general rule of thumb, water at least once a week and spritz the leaves with soft or distilled water during the growing season. For the best blossoms, use Colorado's Choice Magic fertilizer once a month during the spring and summer growing seasons.

Water them regularly, but let the soil dry out in between waterings. Also, every once in a while, wipe the foliage down with a moist w ashcloth to increase humidity and show off their glossy shine. And be sure to feed philodendrons monthly with Colorado's Choice Magic

3. Spider Plant - Also called Airplane Plant, Spider Plants are extremely hardy and can be left to their own devices without much problem. Spider plants like a partially sunny area with at least two hours of indirect sunlight per day. Keep the soil moist, but not soggy. Also, feed with Colorado's Choice Magic at least four times a year.

image4.Dracaena - Related to Cordyline, Dracaenas are a genus of plants that are native to Africa and used to harsh conditions. Dracaenas come in a rainbow of different colors and variegations. When they are young, the need a lot of light, heat and moisture, but as they mature they become less demanding. (Don't we all). Wipe the leaves down with a damp cloth each month to bring out their shine, but don't let water bead on the leaves because this can lead to spotting and damage to the leaf joints.

5. Lipstick Plant - Named for its attractive conical flowers, Lipstick plant is a tough houseplant that makes a perfect indoor hanging basket. Place it in an area with lots of light and even some direct sun. Keep your Lipstick plant evenly moist year round and use Colorado's Choice Magic fertilizer once a month.

Western gardening book. The way to get rid of

It is simple. If you want to control bamboo from spreading you dig a trench around it. About 1 foot deep did it for me.
The roots need to be removed from the soil. If you want you can remove the soil and pay to have tons of it hauled away.
Bamboo is fairly light, a chipper shredder takes care of the plant very well. Looping shears at the ground level works best for me.
The roots are another problem. You need to sharpen these tools very carefully. A Pick Mattock ~ Cutter Mattock ~ Pick Axe. It will cut up the roots and dirt. Make sure the ground is wet! Sharpen a good shovel to very sharp
