Propane garden tools

Not plant related, but garden maintenance related.
I spotted an advert for a new propane powered 4-cycle string trimmer (with convertible shaft) in the local CL tools listings yesterday, and picked it up this morning. It wasn't even fully assembled yet (string guard, mid-shaft handle, strap), and the string/head had absolutely no debris of scuffs on them. I got it for substantially less than half of what they cost new in the store.
I've read about propane powered garden tools (besides trimmers, there are also lawn mowers, though I've yet to see one in person), but never used one

I do the following

I have a garden (organic). I forage for wild herbs and plants, mushrooms. I also fish and hunt. If fresh, I pick up roadkills. I heat with wood that I cut and split myself.
I suggest that you start composting your kitchen scraps and plant a garden. That will get you started.
Fishing is easy to learn. Find a good book or a knowledgable neighbor. Hunting is a skill that takes longer to learn. Contact your local conservation department.
I should mention that you'll need survival tools. Go to some garage sales and get a good spade, a cultivator, an ax and splitting maul

I want to organize garageand back yard

    • Keys to organizing - The old adage my grandma used still works - a place for everything and everything in it's place. Most the time when my house gets messy and cluttered it's because I have things floating around withou … the paddles if he got another one.

      4. if you have space - get a shed for things like the lawnmower and garden tools - so that they are located near the places they get used and not cluttering the garage.
